He's HERE!

Our sweet little N was born on Saturday, February 9 at 5:19 pm at 36 weeks 6 days. Just one day shy of full term. The short story is my BP sky rocketed Friday night up to 180/112 several times and by Saturday morning my doctor decided she was done playing around and it was time to meet our littlest man. Weighing in at 6 lbs 11 oz, welcome sweet, precious N!

First time getting to hold him since the day before. He had to go straight to the NICU due to breathing issues from my having to be on magnesium before delivery and stayed overnight. I couldn't go see him because I had to be on 12 hours of magnesium for my high blood pressure.

C LOVES him! He kept saying "Hi, bay-eeee, my hold you bay-eeee, hold you." Unfortunately the day we got home he came back with a runny nose and itchy eyes so we're keeping them quarantined til his symptoms clear up and it's KILLING ME! I was so looking forward to finally getting to be with my first boy and now I have to stay away from him again. So so sad. This was before we decided to quarantine them. He was telling N the names of his trains.



He had a bit of jaundice when we brought him home so I'm working on feeding him as much as he'll eat and getting him sunlight. Besides that he and I are just sitting in my room waiting for C to get better. We are ALMOST positive it's allergies but don't want to take any chances.

I can't wait to all be "together" again (that sounds funny since we're all in the same house), I miss my first born!!!
